Strange...I wonder what happened with Rie? She never leaves in mid-conversation without a word. Hope she's OK.

It's over 90 here. No pizza for me tonight. I'm having a "salad." Romaine lettuce, spring greens and baby spinach with cold chicken cut up on top, some raisins and bits of dried red peppers, with some honey mustard dressing.

And Italian bread for the starch. NOTHING to cook.

lol....got distracted with wrok

someone got into my car and stole my nav unit last night

is that normally covered/would it be worth even claiming?

I'm gonna go in insurance mode...

Was it the only thing stolen? If so, what is it's value?

Was it factory installed and part of the car? If yes, what is your comprehensive deductible for that car?

If it was not factory installed and purchased elsewhere and sat on the dash or something, like Tom-Tom, what is the deductible on your HOMEOWNERS insurance?

If it is part of the car, it's comp coverage on your auto insurance. If it's a Tom-Tom (or something like that) it's theft under your homeowners insurance.

In either case... If it cost $200 and you have a $250 deductible or higher, don't file a claim unless other things were stolen or if the vehicle was damaged, glass broken, etc. when they broke in the car. If it is not factory part and you have a claim under your homeowners, then any damages to the vehicle are filed under a separate claim on your auto insurance.

I guess it would've been easier to give you my phone number... Let me know if you want it, in case you and Mrs. WYO have more questions.

Best to wait for confirmation from Rie. My info may be WAY outa date.

Strange...I wonder what happened with Rie? She never leaves in mid-conversation without a word. Hope she's OK.

You are spot on accurate correct en sech... Must have been locked vehicle or the whole thing is moot, no coverage.

I had to bail, I was still at work, client called, I was still in office until 5:45, got home and got my iPad to get back here...

I've not seen either movie... Is the Andre one with Andre the Giant? I remember him wrestling when I was a teenager...

LOL, Rie. The first movie was an art film...two guys having a highbrow conversation in a fancy restaurant. The second was a spoof...Andy Kaufman having a conversation with a retired pro wrestler in a pancake house.

Oh...and in my humble opinion, the first flick was a great cure for insomnia...better than watching six consecutive episodes of The Joy of Painting.

I did say I've seen neither...
