She's to pig headed to talk out of.
Don't get me wrong, I love a nice real tree, but I'm the one who has to put the lights on and off.
Decorate the top five fet of course cause she can't reach, and won't get on a ladder.
Had to finally tell her she had to have it delivered, I was chucking those monsters myself for years.

I generally do about 1600 lights.
That takes some time.......

I seem to have a hard time sleeping anyway.
After about 6 hrs I am wide awake.
Guess that's all the beauty I need.

That's about what I get myself.
On the road by 5:30 means I'll be up by 4 doing the books, that I should be doing now. lol
I just have an easier time doing that shit in the AM for some reason.

Last year went to all GE led lights.
Shit cost $23 per string of 100 but you can connect like 80 in line cause they draw so little.
Found the expensive ones were the only ones that had "the right color"
Or so said Mrs Christmas.


Power bill did go from $600 for December 2011
To $320 last year.

Wow!
That's a pretty noticeable difference.
Ours is about the $450.00 during the winter months. But all of my infloor heat is electric, and I keep my garage at 40 degrees all winter.
