How was he going to make our defense better?

I'm not saying I wouldn't have taken him. Honestly, it's possible he doesn't make the mistakes that r killing our O production, which would probably have 3 more wins for us (Cu, Ind, Pur), but our D needs help.

I didn't say anything about our defense I just still can't understand how Pelini and staff fucked up with Burrow and took Dillman who I think never ended up playing college ball at all. Some ways maybe it was for the best becase we still might have the worst coach ever aka the nice guy.

The defense has major needs first and foremost OLB's who can rush the passer. NT's and DE's are also needed and then we need to ILB's Huge needs up front and until that gets corrected this defense isn't going to do much. I believe the backend is better then we think.

Isn't Dillman a DE for UNT now, whose never even seen the field?

I couldn't tell you that I would imagine it takes all the schools transfers and losses of that particular recruiting class and then adjust them accordingly
