When I think of Iowa I just get bored

The only time I think of Iowa is when I'm driving in Omaha and get stuck behind a slow moving car that's had it's turn signal on for the last 1/2 mile, I eventually look down and see a blue plate. I then think "That figures, it's another Idiot Out Wandering Around".

It is seriously about a 98% conversion rate when you have a shitty driver in front if you and you check the plate only to find it's an Iowa driver here in Omaha.

Those people seriously must have had a different kind of driver's ed program.

I learned this at a young age. I was probably 4 or so at the time, and my mom and I were meeting up with my uncle's girlfriend for some reason and I saw the Iowa license plate on her car and asked if she was a bad driver. My mom was pretty embarrassed.
