Yeah, they were about 30 minutes late on the F-22. I got there at 1:30, so I was glad they were behind a bit. It gave us a chance to get settled in for the show.

That was the most incredible thing I've ever seen as far as planes go. I hadn't seen the F-22 fly yet. It was mind-blowing.

Yeah, that was pretty much what my kids wanted to see along with the Blue Angels. The F-22 put on a great show for sure. That's a bad hombre.

Personally I can watch any of them. I like the rumble of the old WWII prop bombers and fighters just as much as modern jet engines.
When I hear them, it gives me the upmost respect for the crews that flew long bombing runs in those things while getting shot full of holes by enemy fighters.

Same here. I was a little disappointed this year because I felt like there were a lot less WWII planes than there used to be. My great uncle was a B-17 pilot that was killed over Germany so I've been interested in that era for as long as I can remember.

Well Fitzgerald just ensured a sellout for at least one game this year...nothing beats having to go to a silent count at home, right?

A lot of ex-Husker players sell insurance, or are in other types of sales. As former Huskers they've already got your attention/respect, etc...

At least that's why I think so many of them do it.

Crouch sold playground equipment...

Last seasons Northwestern @ Nebraska football game is on BTN.

What an ugly piece of work.

Kellogg just threw an INT that led to NW going up 21-7 with 10:00 remaining in the 2nd Q. :L

Game is very frustrating to watch. I still think TA is the best passer we have had in a long time. Nebraskas oline is piss poor weakest link in the chain imo. Nebraska is just not very good.

It's just a poorly coached team in a number of ways. I don't care how much talent you have or what your recruiting classes are ranked. If your coach can't put all the pieces together you're a third tier program at best.

Case in point....USC (Smith/Robinson/Hacket/Kiffen), Texas (McWilliams/Mackovic), Florida (Zook/Muschamp), Ohio St (Cooper), Michigan (Rodriguez/Hoke), Alabama (Shula), Oklahoma (Gibbs/Blake).

Of course assistant coaches have a lot to do with it. If you're keeping assistant coaches around and the positions they're in charge of aren't producing, it falls on you as a head coach.
