I just watched the entire Can-Panama game.

Davies was a beast. And he is not the lone guy who can do things on that team.

Doubt we'll threaten the big boys but it's by far better than Branko Segota et al from 1986.

The game is so different today, if they get a non-hell group and game-manage properly a win and a defensive as hell draw can get you into the R16. Plus there’s still 14 months until the tournament, another guy or two can get better and make them that much tougher to beat.

Of course they still need to get there first.

Depends on the draw too. Getting Qatar as a top seed would be a real help.

If you could get a draw like Qatar, Serbia and Ecuador, that's a lot easier than Brazil, Portugal and Nigeria.
