On the plus side, I haven't heard "It's Coming Home" once so far.

/Two games in and I haven't really been impressed. Reminds me a lot of Eriksson's teams, lots of talent just thrown in there with no coherent gameplan.

Man I’m shaking. If they can hold out for a draw I’m thrilled.

But they’ve had their forward runs and could’ve made it two a couple of times since I started watching. Very different from their game against Portugal where they were chasing nonstop until the completely ran out of gas.

I don’t watch as much as you guys do but wasn’t that at least close enough to being offside that VAR should have taken a look at least or am I not understanding the rule?

It looks close on tv but for the linesmen on the sideline it’s pretty clearly not off.

And then the 4th referee in the VAR booth has to radio down if he/she sees something off.

It’s a good system.
