So with Seattle winning tonight, if Portland beats Sporting KC, then the Timbers would play the Whitecaps. If Sporting KC wins, then the Sounders would play the Whitecaps. Do I have this correct?

if they draw or win Sunday, they might open the upper bowl ... lose and i dont think they will 'cause they dont want an influx of timbers fans (possibly)

I think the rest of the lower bowl should and will be opened regardless taking capacity to 27k
