You have to appreciate guys that make it clear they want to play for you. Wanting to play and fitting in, are two different things. New DL Giff Smith will have a big say in this draft, we will probably draft at least three defensive linemen.

You are getting closer, Shopson but ya keep leaving Milton out. This one is a good mock as well. How close would Cooper be at pick 83? If he is there I'd take him, but Colson isn't too bad a pick. Bortolini has been suggested by many also.

Yea, Barnhart is the new OT the Rams supposedly are high on but we have seen this before with two guys named Creed Humphrey and Quinn Meinerz. I don't believe this mock at all. I don't see Newton lasting until the Round One, 32 selection nor the Rams taking a kicker in the Third Round while ignoring all those OTs. Some writer's douchebaggery!

Cooper typically goes in the 2nd in the mocks. Milton is a tough one to target, as he often goes too high and would necessitate using one of those picks in the 150s. As pointed out on Turf Show Times, Leary has experience in Cohen's offense and was impressive himself at the combine.

Under the guise of loading-up on play-makers, this mock has the Rams loading-up on WRs and TEs and picking players further down from the top players in each of our need position, like selecting Kris Jenkins over Murphy or Newton. It also ignores any of the many good OTs that are available in the draft early on. If the Rams do select an O-lineman, it is of the historical quality that is usually a developmental project of 2-3 years. This is just nuts and why do I get the distinct impression this is what the draft will be in reality because we have watched this so many times before under the ShitferBRains administration??!!
