Part of it was the Warriors going small. Lakers need to add better guard and smaller wing depth to handle that.

The other part is that expected weak 3rd quarter when they have a big lead at halftime, especially against undermanned teams. They lost focus and were expecting an easy second half. Tough to carry hot shooting through halftime.
