He has a 5.93 ERA at RR and 57 walks in 82 innings. I don't see that as an improvement. It may have to be Allard or, gulp, Keuchel. We really have no one else except Hearn but I would like him to stay in the pen.

Howard is just not a MLB pitcher. Don’t think they will send down though. Rangers don’t want to admit they made a mistake by acquiring him.

They really cant send him down, they have no one else. They made way more mistakes than acquiring him, like not acquiring any decent arms for the BP and another SP or 2. Lots of issues and they mostly all stink
