Gabbert looks like he has the talent to at least survive in the NFL for a long time, but he's playing like a rookie IMO. Not really consistent against the scrubs.

Man, I feel really bad about RuWu. I really liked him as a player, but the injury looks pretty bad. I can relax a little bit as a 49ers fan now, though.

He's a guy i would take a strong look at. He's one of the better back ups in the NFL IMO.

Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt revealed after Friday night's preseason game that Ryan Williams "probably" has a torn patellar tendon.

It's a season-ending and potentially career-threatening injury depending on Williams' recovery process. The good news is that Williams is still just 21 years old, and the injury is occurring now as opposed to November. He'll have a better chance to be healthy by the start of 2012 training camp. The bad news is that Williams will need major knee surgery and his rookie season in the NFL will be a washout. Beanie Wells will dominate carries in Arizona this year.

AZ defence looked pretty solid. Got to Rogers twice and held the Packer first team offense in check until the end of the half. The offence was average. They were able to move the ball but could't put it in the endzone. Pass protection was much better this week. Kolb still looks so so. Not great but not horrible.

I never like to see anybody get hurt especially a tallent like RuWu but I have to say, I would rather face AZ without him than with him.

Didn't Garrison Hearst blow out his knee his rookie year with the Cardinals too? They have some bad luck with their RB's there.

Gosh say it aint so. I know Ryan plays for a division rival but man I hate to see that happen to him. Great player and super nice guy off the field.

That's depressing, obviously no one wants to see that on anyone especiallyin preseason...
