A lot of fights broke out over flag planting this weekend. What do you all think should happen going forward?

I think back to many years ago. I don't remember if it was at Boston College or Louisville. Miami ran out and jumped up and down on the logo.

The other team didn't start a fight, didn't throw a fit, didn't say nothing.

They just waited until the opening kickoff.

And then beat Miami by like 30.

Start kicking their ass where it matters (on the scoreboard) and that'll stop that nonsense.

Personally, I'm more of an "act like you've been there before and expect to be again" person. So, flag planting isn't something I'd do if I was a player nor something I would allow if I were a coach. Winning with class is at least as important as losing with class, imo.

Having said that...if you don't want a team planting their flag on your field...don't lose to them.
