Seattle over 400 total yards after not doing much of anything big for most of the game.

Don't understand why team opt to take the ball first in OT when the new rules allow the other team to still get a possession unless you score a TD. Kick the ball and get a defensive stop, and then take the good field position only needing a FG.

Sad times when we are relying on the bucs n rams to pull off the upsets

Thats what happens when you are a game behind and have a harder stretch down the line, 49ers fans know deep down that if Sea wind the Division its gonna be damn near impossible to make a deep playoff run.

Because it tempts them too much that if you score a TD on the opening drive - ballgame.

Damn if only they could have recovered that fumble. Wilson could argue all he wanted but he was never down and this is not the UFC where you just verbally give up.

The 49ers need to just beat the Seahawks at home. If nobody else is gonna do it, might as well be them. Of course they still need some help if they don't want to have to win out.

I wouldn't say Seattle is lucky. They are winning these games. Other teams just not able to play full games.

This is Seattle's season so far, they have had really close games that easily could have gone either way against the Bucs, Rams, Texans (ok the Texans SHOULD have gone the other way), and you could say Carolina --- I think their ability to come back is really impressive, but still, these close wins against bad teams are masking some real flaws.

They got a couple of lucky bounces or breaks in a lot of games; including the last two. They got lucky against the Texans as well. They could easily be a 4 loss team.

Carolina looks pretty good. The 49ers better be ready.

Isn't he down at the point of his knee touching the ground (giving himself up)? I'd have to check out any extra phrase in the rule I am forgetting but I thought he was down once he gave himself up and the knee hit the ground.

Id be curious on that rule as well. Supposedly he is down as he's giving himself up. Been a few instances like that already. Think the giants? WR benefited from that once before when he wasn't touched and fumbled. But they called him down. 49erd may have even benefited once as well if I can recall.

The biggest lately was the ASU Wisconsin game and the qb tried to to that instead they ruled it a fumble. The rule might need to be clarified. Honestly I think it's bs rule they guy should always be touched to be down.

LeGarrette Blount scores and throws the ball into the stands. And for that action he'll be about 10K lighter in his wallet. Gore and Crabtree were both fined $10,500 for throwing balls into the stands in the same game last year.

Although, Brandon Marshall was only fined $5,250 for doing the same thing last year. Odd. Well, anyway. He'll be much lighter in his wallet for the gesture.
