Jarius Wright just caught a pass for the Vikings. He'd be the 49ers slot WR (possibly) and part time returner if I'd have had my wishes, too. They're now into the red zone around the 10 against Dallas. Ponder has made some nice throws actually and the receivers are making some good catches.

Panthers defense allowed the first TD (Steven Jackson) against them in the FIRST HALF THIS SEASON but it was called back due to a holding call. No team since 1940 has gone the first 8 games without allowing a TD in the first half of any game.

Smith just threw one of his better deep balls for about a 30 yard gain but Bowe was getting pushed toward the sideline.
