It's hard to be a big 3 network procedural in the age of all of the great shows on cable. .but I've enjoyed it the few times I've caught it. I've always liked Spader. He basically just plays himself in everything... idk how much actual "acting" is involved, but it usually works.

That'll be interesting to see next week. I was surprised to see that there was a 19th episode when I had read that they had only completed 18.

Looked like they were maybe around 1/2 way done with the episode when they shutdown production. I agree, I'm glad that they at least tried to give us some type of finale for the season.

I am watching now so I have not yet finished the episode. That said...

BAD animation. BAD voice acting. Both of these are very distracting and make it hard to follow the story. I think I would have preferred either waiting for finish or to scrap the “live action” and go pure animation. Or totally rewrite the episode so the animation worked out to be someone telling a story instead of us following the action. If you have two platforms, use the change to signify SOMETH8NG. As it was, it was just awkward as fuck.

I appreciate the effort. But yes the quality was down. But they did do it on short notice.

I’m curious if shows don’t try this (full animation) so we actually have new shows for the new season
