Anyone watch this past episode?

They have limited ammo and are completely surrounded by a small army, yet they dont take any casualties (maybe some off-screen red-shirts?) while mowing down the bad guys.

That was a little much. I think Denbae and the dude set up in the apartment across the hall from Lizzie with the salt n pepper hair/beard. Each took minor flesh wounds, but that was some boo boo that the only person in the church who won a wet t-shirt contest. Was the civilian organ-playing church lady.

The biggest piece of BS though might've been. You have a top notch military trained outfit with the skill and capability to A) steal a nuke B) be totally cued in to the DOD's nuke transport game plan C) plugged into the NYPD's law enforcement transmissions/radio frequencies D) but are mysteriously devoid of body armor going into a gunfight. That every nutcase mass shooter/lone gunman had no problem acquiring from a Soldier of Fortune mag.

But yeah, that episode felt real forced, I thought the whole wedding angle itself was shoehorned in. Like the writers/showrunners were embarrased to even be doing it.

I can relate with her though. Cannot relate with Spader, but we are not supposed to. He is in the role of his life, being that arrogant prick we all know he really is.

Red will do anything to keep Lizzie from the truth, eventually its going to be one lie after another when she finds her mother. If you watched long, you know Reds back is all burnt from the fire, they need to remind people of that instead of just having Lizzie whining about finding her mother.

Cannot say I've ever liked her. Maybe a bit more as a blonde but not much.

Good point I hadn't thought of that. Regardless of the show, you'd think one of the leads in said show getting married would be a pretty big deal. Question though.....did Tom and Lizzie even get married? I thought the ceremony was interrupted before the, I do's, but can't remember.

2) Red insisted that he get the body.
3) Tv shows do that kind of thing on the reg now.

The best part of that episode was trailer voice over guy at the end for next week's show, where he dropped not one but TWO vo cliches

"A very special episode"

followed by

"Don't miss what everyone will be talking about!"

That's bringing out the big promo guns baby!

i was intrigued for the first season, and lost interest in the middle of the second season. i just didn't care about any of the characters anymore.

EVERYTHING in the show is absurd, by the way. if even pseudo-realism was its goal, then it jumped the shark in episode 1 of season 1.
