Should have stopped right here. Even the OU ain't totally buying into their team being all that great this year. Baylor is a very solid team but really won't strike fear in their opponents as evidenced by close calls with Tech, TCU, West Virginia, etal.

FAU scored more on tOSU than Wisco, Nebbish and Northwestern combined and allowed less pts than Nebbish, Indiana and Northwestern. UCF beat FAU worse than tOSU did.

The Big 12 has the best coach's of any league. If Texas could just find a good one there wouldn't be any bad ones really.

any coach (pee wee) that bitched and complained about 100+ years of horns down tradition to get a cheap 15 yards penalty for taunting is not fit to coach at Texas.

The Big 12 has the best coach's of any league. If Texas could just find a good one there wouldn't be any bad ones really.

Let's see... the Big 12 has one head coach that has led his team to the College Football Playoffs (twice), and one coach that won a National Championship when he was at LSU in 2007.

The ACC has a coach that has been to four straight CFP's and won two of them, and another coach that won a National Title when he was at Texas a while back (2005, maybe?).

The Big 10 has a head coach that took Michigan St. to the playoffs in 2015.

The SEC has a coach with 5 National Titles at Alabama & another from his stint at LSU, made 5 straight CFP appearances & 4 straight finals; another who won a title at FSU in 2013 & made the playoffs in 2014; one who barely lost the BCS championship to FSU in 2013 & beat both teams that played for the title in 2017; and another head coach whose team was the runner-up in the 2017 CFP.

The Pac-12 has a coach at UCLA that finished 2nd to Auburn in the 2010 BCS Championship while he was at Oregon. That's it.
