Everyone is aware of this, people simply choose not to. I have said in the past if we are beyond round 5 and I don't pick in an hour skip me.

I try to ensure I have a pick ready - whether I text back or get to a computer. I even skip drafts I don’t think I have the time or interest level in participating, so as not to be an inconvenience to everyone else. I always feel bad when I make everyone wait for me.
