It would be nice, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. The age difference is massive and for as annoying as Paul is, he is a legit trained boxer.

Prime Tyson would wipe the floor with him. Late stage career Tyson would wipe the floor with him too. But given the age gap, I still think this could go as a "legit" fight route. It's just that Tyson is too old to wipe the floor with him if its legit or not. If Tyson has any kind of power left, maybe he could catch Paul off guard, but Paul should be able to move around enough and clinch to stay out of trouble against a 58 year old
