If we don't have many roster spots available, then why are the Rams and every other NFL team going to sign a host of UDFA players in a few hours from now? That rationale by Shopson makes little sense. Every team brings in a host of players more than their available roster spots to find that "diamond-in-the-rough" the Rams seem to be so good at every year??

Thus, why did they need to draft another RB when Corum barely played.

It’s like:

McVay- “ you know what we need right now? A 4th string RB”

Snead- “ but we need a starting caliber LB”

McVay- “nah, we need this midget RB to sit on the bench behind Williams, Corum and Rivers. Get it gone Les. Let’s go man. I’m fired up”

Corum couldn't earn his way onto the field. Hunter was the Rams' #1 offensive player left on the board for day 3. They're following their plan.

Rams have their 2 starting LBs in Speights and Landman.

Nobody knows xcept the pundits and it is quite obvious the Twins don;t think they have any weaknesses on DEFENSE. If McShitferBRains knows he has weaknesses on Offense has evidenced by his picks so far, was he not there for both ass-whippins that Saquon Barkley laid on our Defense LY??

And if he was and stated we needed to shore up the middle of our Defense, why did the Twins think signing Reeder was the answer and ignoring quite of few good ILB prospects this year??
Barkley nearly broke Dickerson record last year, no-one has come close since Peterson when the Rams were in St. Louis. Do you really draft based on that type of performance?

Even with Barkly's stellar playoff performance in that game, IMHO the Rams were a false start from their 3 SB ring! In that game the Rams scored a measly 22 points!

Nobody knows what the Rams weaknesses are except the pundits and supposedly the Rams coaches including McShitferBRains. It is quite obvious the Twins don't think they have any weaknesses on DEFENSE. If McShitferBRains knows he has weaknesses on Offense as evidenced by his picks so far, was he not there for both ass-whippins that Saquon Barkley laid on our Defense LY and therefore we have major weaknesses at ILB and CB??

And if he was and stated we needed to shore up the middle of our Defense, why did the Twins think signing Reeder was the answer and ignoring quite of few good ILB prospects this year??

I think CB may well be covered by Ramsey once again using 2026 mid round draft capital in trade.

I don’t want Ramsey back.

He gets beat way too much and we don’t need to be taking on that salary.

Don’t even think the Rams have the cap room to afford him.

I like the pick of Hamilton. With these additions, our D-line and pass rush should be really good this season.

I thought he would go to the Browns Shops, just not at 144!

This likely takes the Browns of the Manning race next year, good for us!
Not really.

They don’t have much invested in Gabriel or Sanders, so you can’t rule them out

The details of the most recent trade are:
  • Bears receive: No. 195 (sixth round), 2026 fourth round-pick
  • Rams receive: No. 148 (fifth round)

Don’t think a backup DT was worth a future 4th.

Are Rams projected to get any comps next year to help mitigate this pick loss?
