I don’t think Sharpe can give you 30 minutes a night as a starter at the 5 for the next 6-8 weeks. I like the idea of Lonnie Walker though.

It just seems like everything I hear coming out of the Nets since the KD and Kyrie deals has been out of whack. They are chasing the outcome of those deals and seem to still be selling their fans on the idea that they got great value back. Bridges is a great asset. He isn’t worth 4-5 first round picks. DFS and O’Neal are nice role players on a contender. They aren’t worth multiple firsts. Spencer Dinwiddie isn’t a guy you trade for right now. He’s a guy you wait for on the buy out market after he is salary filler in a deal. Claxton isn’t worth multiple firsts just so you can pay a one way player with no offensive game outside of 4 feet 20-25 million over the next 4 seasons.

I think he’s a guy who can help

Getting him and walker for that late 26 first isn’t the worst move.

Also means you still keep most of your big salaries for another move anyway

And sharpe has another year (and is cheap as you have to fill that roster spot anyway)

Nets need to be turning Royce walker sharpie cam and maybe even some seconds into 2 firsts at least beyond 2025

Or flip one with din for Murray now.

Build you cast so you can you throw picks at the top of your roster

The Sixers could call up Riles and get Thomas Bryant pretty cheap. He marinating on Miami's bench.

I loved him when he played for the Lakers.

I don’t know that the Heat would be psyched to help the Sixers tread water.

If the Martin trade rumors are true, that's a move to get make.

Get martin and Bryant out of them for a first. Have his cheap bird rights for the wing. But also helps out this year.

Caleb fits with a ton of contenders but I need a guy who is a bigger threat from three to space. He’s been a 35-36% 3 pt shooter the last two years.

You sure want a lot.
Sixers sit at 4-12 without Embiid. Tobias Harris is no better than a 3rd option. Asked to play second fiddle and he becomes wholly inefficient. Teams are blitzing Maxey and forcing him to give up the ball or force up bad shots. I know my team, bro. They’re a complete mess right now with no pathway to win games. Everything is built around the gravity that the MVP attracts. When he’s not there the current group is essentially the Pistons or Hornets. They need a lot.

The big question becomes…is it worth it? What will Embiid be like when he comes back? It’s all about Jo in the end. Morey has to pull off an intricate dance. He needs to give this group a fighting chance to stay afloat while also having an eye on next season and this summer.
