Yep...pretty much meaningless since at end of the season they will all play 82.
Except those that played 83 in an "alternate universe" lol.

That's why third team options like the Nets come into play.
In truth, most of the Lakers 2 year deals are expirings, as they are player options at league minimum level.
But stacking those is hard
Especially mid season
Their best bet is another rui
A guy who another team smartly doesn’t want to overpay but the lakers can

Yep.
Several could turn those down and become FA's.
LOL.Dejounte questionable tonight. My fandom wants to read too much into this, lol.
But playing more games early means you play less games late. Which for a team like Denver that has very few back-to-backs the last quarter of the season, they’re gonna be a lot more rested than someone like the Clippers who still have a bunch left.Yep...pretty much meaningless since at end of the season they will all play 82.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense to me for them. I can see parting with Herro but DeRozan clogs the floor further for Jimmy and Bam. A midrange assassin like DeRozan needs to be around teams that space.

In those games the Clippers can put PG, Leonard and Harden on 30mpg on 2nd of a back to back. They have a pretty good bench where it shouldn't hurt them too much. But playing more games early means you play less games late. Where does DeRozan fit? Warriors? They have shooters maybe DeRozan provides more paint coverage from the defense and better looks for shooters? Who else among contenders? Seems like many contenders have a guy or guys that already work the areas of the floor DeRozan works.Same reason I wince every time he gets mentioned for the Lakers. They've already tried to make Rui a 3 pt shooter when he's much better in the midrange.
Parity is real, no superteams right now5-7 are only separated by a 1/2 game too (5 games below these 4).
Did you just call the Warriors contenders? Bless your heart LOLWhere does DeRozan fit? Warriors? What team is interested in Fontecchio Alfredo pasta
People used to complain a lot about the Warriors super team, well here's what it looks like without thoseJust wait until next year when the rest of the 2nd apron penalties are enacted.
They don't like pasta in Utah?I would imagine quite a few (or should be). 39% from 3 and a pretty well rounded player (and cheap). Question is why would he be available?
