65 game threshold is a fail. Now you get less Embiid than if you didn't put that in the CBA. Dumb fuck lawyers. I think we said up thread what to do with them.

I’m putting this one on a freak injury, I mean they said it has nothing to do with the other injury. Hopefully it’s not much.
Which is a dumb fuck thing to say. When you hurt a ligament, muscle, anything, it puts more stress on the others.

It’s absolutely related. If you’re less than 100% the chances of further injury are greater.

There’s no way that’s not a torn ligament. It’s gonna be surgery and season over.

This is what the new rule will do.
Every time the lawyers get in a room for these leagues and players the games get worse.

NFL is trash now with less practices.

NBA has a bunch of tired guys lumbering around the court because they're forced to play extra games in a way too long regular season.

Dumb shit. Imagine how bad congress is.

I’m too sad and angry to think straight. Did you see the video? If season isn’t done it’s a medical miracle for a guy who has worse luck than Ziggy.

eh

it didn't look like a tear but what do I know.

But this is what I was saying about dude. He walks hard...he falls hard. It's hard to explain but it feels like his whole gait is fucked up in a way.

He’s not an Embiid stopper. Embiid lights him up. Embiid shouldn’t have even been playing last night.

You have reporters questioning his character at press conferences because he misses a game in Denver and a 65 game rule that put a player with a compromised knee on the court.

I’m beyond livid.
Dear wonderful Flyer fans,

Please divert all kevin hayes and cutter fagauthier death threats to members of the Denver sports media. If they aren't scared for their family's safety then you aren't helping the Philly sports teams.

With honor,
Sixers faithful

So he is soft mentally. Even if this injury is not serious Philly needs to get max value for him this summer. Like seriously, do Sixers fans really believe he will bring a championship home?

Not a Sixers fan and I absolutely believe he can still bring a title. An adult has to step in here, if it means a few less minutes per game so be it, just get him to the playoffs healthy.

Nick Nurse has to have his eye on keeping Embiid healthy for the playoffs. Not just the medical staff on this.

He should have enough sense to know if he can play or not. I don't think it matters if he rests up, he is just injury prone. I think the Sixers would need all the stars to align to win a title. He isn't getting younger, you have to trade him at max value. Injuries will wear on him eventually even if he is at his peak right now.

1. If the injury is not serious, you get him healthy for the playoffs and trade assets/picks for one more piece. One more run.
2. If he is out for season. You trade him in the offseason.

He’s not getting traded, be serious. And the stars have to align for anyone to win a title.
