Not a Sixers fan and I absolutely believe he can still bring a title. An adult has to step in here, if it means a few less minutes per game so be it, just get him to the playoffs healthy.

He isn't getting younger, you have to trade him at max value. Injuries will wear on him eventually even if he is at his peak right now.
