They have a bunch of small guards

Scoots shooting is not working out

They should’ve been selling off by now
Sharpe, Henderson, Simons and Brodgon. You let Scoot develop and sell Brogdon obviously.
I haven’t seen Scoot at all

Yeah not an ideal fit on current roster
Cavs have a lot of talent right now

Mitchell is playing amazing.

Allan has been on fire. Mobley and Garland coming back. Okoro is developing and playing great D. LeVert is playing the best ball he has since being in Cleveland. Strus has been a nice add.

That is a really nice 7 person rotation- Mitchell, Garland, Allan, Mobley, Okoro, LeVert, Strus......some nice depth pieces too.

Yeah I just mean you don’t need another guard there

You just answered your own question. He's not an All-Star and may never get there (too many really good guards), but he's not too far off. So, they get high level play (especially considering how well he fits) but they're not paying AS money for him.

LOL.

I just don't know how to explain low energy/effort games like last night otherwise. The coach HAS to take a hit for these games continuing to show up. Part of it is his refusal to start Vando (I'm sure that has the non-Prince players upset). It's not all on the coach of course, but he's certainly the fall guy regardless. He never seems emotionally invested in any of these games, just standing there with his hands in his pockets and a bemused look on his face as he hangs onto his time outs for a rainy day.

I'm ready for a Lebron power play where he just starts calling time outs over Ham's head.

Gotta figure it takes 2 firsts to get both. The 2 players won't be much more than expirings for them unless they S&T Harris.
They reset 50 million in cap. A one and a two is plenty for a contract like Grant’s. The value IS the expiring and a chance to reset their cap.

Grant, sure. Not both though. Brogdon may be the better trade chip, given Grant's contract.

Yep. The first is for the Brogdan value. The 2nd and the cap reset is for Grant. Grant isn’t worth a first at that contract. That’s especially true when you can get a total of $132 million off your cap over the next 4 years.
