The really early stuff is a bit weird. I like the latter Gabriel stuff and the early post-Gabriel stuff personally. Selling thru S/T, maybe Invisible Touch. Even that stuff I don't listen to very often though.

if the Browns lose because our kicker- who was easily a top 3 kicker this year- and the best from 50+ yards- is out--- and the Browns miss a long field goal to win the game---- can I burn something of someone else's thats really expensive?

That would certainly be beyond annoying but as old as I am it likely wouldn't even rank in the top 5 losses I've seen.

Maybe both....but one of the wins in this time was at Dallas off top of my head. . I mean, really good teams at full strength lose to bad teams but I still think going 8-3 without 2-4 of our top scorers in each game is impressive.

No doubt have been taking advantage of a soft part of our schedule and need to until those guys return.

That's cool and a fair opinion. I'd only disagree if you said no chance as you have been saying.

Would also say earlier in the season I'd have agreed at least to say he had pretty much no chance. But the way he has played with all these guys out gives him a realistic shot since coaches and players get to vote and will appreciate what he has been doing.

Haha.....nope. I wont put a G on games, but I have bet on our opponent in games figuring at least I'll get something. Hell, it's sure been working lately.

I'm not ashamed to say Phil Collins is my rock star hero, and Genesis my favorite band. Pre 1986 of course

don't recall when Collins joined or when my favorite songs by them were written but guessing my favs were pre 1986...really don't recall much of the Gabriel stuff though.

Actually that's very smart hedging. I've always felt like if I were a bettor I'd do that for important games like the playoffs. Kind of lame to do that too often though, bad fan karma

That's also my favorite Stones album. And no shame in liking great music from any era. It's fascinating how my Gen Z kids really just listen to everything and anything like it's all now. They like bands like Radiohead and the Smiths and AC/DC and Foo Fighters and System of a Down and just about anything from the past plus the new stuff of course.

The thing is though, the Stones and Beatles were and are cool. Genesis was never cool.

took her a while (she's 22) but playlists my daughter makes are mostly 70s and 80s stuff.

LeBron moved once to a path for easier rings. That was the move to Miami, and it was because he lost faith in Cleveland FO to get it done.

His other moves were lateral or backward.

There is no legitimate case to rank Kobe ahead of LeBron.

and even that was a little unfair by him as Lebron made it a lot harder for that FO since he would not help recruit FAs and would not commit to stay......we could see what the FO did when they had a commitment from Lebron and he helped get guys to come when he returned (and it was a similar FO).

He joined as a drummer in 1971 and their classic prog lineup was 1971-1975. Then Gabriel left and Collins took up the singing as well as the drumming (he's one of the best all time rock drummers maybe #2, I'm a drummer so that's why he's my hero) and they made 2 more albums before the guitarist Steve Hackett left (he invented the finger tapping technique Eddie Van Halen made famous). The remaining trio started moving in a pop direction and eventually I wasn't as into it. But I never had a problem with them doing that, things evolve and I was happy to see them have big success
