we been talking for 2 years about this guy being such a big prize and this is what they get for him?
Not for Tobias. I think Tobias may be the best player in that trade.Think they are dumb enough to deal Hart?
Would you do Tobias for Hart, * gulps* Fournier and a pick?
Well, that gives you a hole at the 4...so.
Brunson ad OG hands down,Would you rather have Mitchell or Brunson and OG?

I thought he was Superman?Bron is a damn pussy.
Questionable for the game. Non COVID illness. We all know he got too damn drunk for his birthday and he too damn hungover.
Take a fucking hangover remedy and play the fucking game.
His father is/was sick.
Not to sound heartless, but he took a lot of time off last year and the Dubs stood by him.
Lots of everyday Joe's have family that's down bad.
Unless we have time on the books, we still have to go to work and do our job.
We don't have the added benefit of being able to afford the best care available.
Shit return. Knicks fleeced them. Shit draft pick. RJ is average. Quickly is the nice asset they got in this deal but now they have to pay him.
More so than any other change, the 3 point line has spaced the floor to allow the natural athleticism of players to shine utilizing that space. For a man with some really weird takes, this is The Q’s worst.Except it has made the game better.
Much better.
Very few basketball people would prefer old style to current style.
Regardless of what the invention of the 3 point line was intended for, gimmicks don’t stick for 40 years, trickle down to all other levels and completely change the way the game is played.

The Knicks are fighting the perception that they held back Barrett in the Mitchell trade talks and it cost them Mitchell. Most fans are box score fans when it comes to following other teams. A Brunson Mitchell back court would get run defensively and that shit is gonna fly on a Thibs team? Nope. OG is a better fit around Brunson and the other Villanova kids. Knicks have to use Randall and the picks to win the next deal. I’m not sure who that is or if it’s even this season.I don’t know man.
I see Knicks fans saying they got fleeced.
Bottom line, I think the big names on both sides are somewhat overrated.
Could go either way IMO.

Agree with most of this but missed threes can lead to a) 2nd chance points with long rebounds b) increased up and down transition basketball. I think both can be exciting. I don’t think a game with high volume low make threes is unwatchable. It definitely originated as a gimmick. Along with the red, white and blue basketball it was something the ABA used to try to pull eyes away from the NBA.
Turned out that it added a lot to the game.
The NBA adopting it gave it legitimacy.
Funny thing is that at the time, no one thought the NBA would ever adopt it. Even when they did, it was with some reluctance. Ended up becoming one of the best decisions the league has made.
The only real "problem" with it is that there is too much reliance on it. I'd like to see a better balance.
The only other "issue" is that when a team isn't hitting their 3's and they keep shooting them, the game becomes unwatchable.
I don’t think a game with high volume low make threes is unwatchable.
I do. The only thing that pisses me off more is missed free throws.
Get off my lawn!
Just kidding.
I would be curious to know if high 3 point volume really does lead to more bad games.
Could be true, could also be perception.
Like what percentage of NBA games were decided by 25 + points in the 70s vs. today?
I honestly have no idea.
