Also last year they went 7-7 in March and 7-4 in April so clearly Malone has them focusing on getting ready for the playoffs again(it’s why he‘s rested Murray so long).

You can blame this loss square on the bench, getting out scored 34-9 when you out shoot the other team is a terrible way to lose. Also shooting 68% from the line and losing by 2 will kill you everytime.

I probably haven't paid attention to every season series but I’m curious as to why Nuggets and Clippers played 4 games yet 3 were in LA and not a 2-2 split.

I probably haven't paid attention to every season series but I’m curious as to why Nuggets and Clippers played 4 games yet 3 were in LA and not a 2-2 split.

I’m not too sure…but I think it’s on a rotation basis from season to season and the fact they aren’t in the same division although they are in the same conference.
Perhaps next season the Nugs will get 3 of the 4 games in Denver?
But again..,I’m not 100% certain about that scenario either.

But, to show how important it is to guys, just think back to the game Robinson had to cheat Shaq out of the honor.

Jordan and Chamberlain are the only players to have won seven consecutive scoring titles (this was also Chamberlain's career total). George Gervin, Allen Iverson and Kevin Durant have won four scoring titles in their career, and James Harden, George Mikan, Neil Johnston and Bob McAdoo have achieved it three times.

In the modern stats era I very much doubt only the top scorer will win OPOY. Efficiency matters, rebounds and assists matter, etc

Life just looks different with Joel Embiid on the court. 28-8 this season when he plays. Embiid down time has resulted in Kelly Oubre finding the good Kelly Oubre again.

Sixers have a back to back this weekend. Embiid likely sits one of the two. If they’re looking at that last game and the 5 seed, I wouldn’t be surprised to see them sit Embiid and go for the 6 seed to stay off the Boston line.
