Check my math but I’m pretty sure being down nothing is better than being down 5.
They just don’t care where they are seeded and still have a great shot at the 1 regardlessBold strategy of Denver this game to look past the Clippers in order to prepare for the Hawks in 2 days at home.
Also last year they went 7-7 in March and 7-4 in April so clearly Malone has them focusing on getting ready for the playoffs again(it’s why he‘s rested Murray so long). They just don’t care where they are seeded and still have a great shot at the 1 regardless
I probably haven't paid attention to every season series but I’m curious as to why Nuggets and Clippers played 4 games yet 3 were in LA and not a 2-2 split.
I’m not too sure…but I think it’s on a rotation basis from season to season and the fact they aren’t in the same division although they are in the same conference.I probably haven't paid attention to every season series but I’m curious as to why Nuggets and Clippers played 4 games yet 3 were in LA and not a 2-2 split.
In the modern stats era I very much doubt only the top scorer will win OPOY. Efficiency matters, rebounds and assists matter, etcIt’s a unofficial accolade.
But, to show how important it is to guys, just think back to the game Robinson had to cheat Shaq out of the honor.
On April 24, 1994, David Robinson scored 71 points on the final day of the season to win the scoring title over Orlando's Shaquille O'Neal.
Jordan and Chamberlain are the only players to have won seven consecutive scoring titles (this was also Chamberlain's career total). George Gervin, Allen Iverson and Kevin Durant have won four scoring titles in their career, and James Harden, George Mikan, Neil Johnston and Bob McAdoo have achieved it three times.
Clippers won a fun one tonightTime to go to bed before the slaughter begins.
See y’all manana.
Sixers have a back to back this weekend. Embiid likely sits one of the two. If they’re looking at that last game and the 5 seed, I wouldn’t be surprised to see them sit Embiid and go for the 6 seed to stay off the Boston line.Philly going to finish 47-35 and end up as the 5 seed
Very possible with how tight the west isIt would be hilarious if the Lakers somehow managed to be the 6th seed and shoved the tanking up OKCs ass.
