Yup, and so many things that give the Thunder reason for optimism when compared to those teams. Neither Memphis or Sacramento were close to the Thunder defensively. Cavs were 5th, Thunder are third. Where the Thunder really shine in the comparisons is shooting the basketball though. Pick a spot, threes, free throws, doesn’t matter, the Thunder shoot the ball better than all those teams. I’m excited and know I damn well should be. I know it would be unheard of, but that’s what this team has been doing all year. The combination of shooting and defense just hasn’t happened this soon before. Let’s do it.

I'd be excited for sure.....but weren't the Cavs the #1 defense in the conference (maybe the NBA) last year? That said...didn't win like OKC has so far this season.

Sorry man, I missed it. I was at my niece’s tournament and got home in time for the 4th after he took the contact on DJJ knee. I’ll take your word for it though. Glad that it was the Dallas staff that was involved in the evaluation. I can’t take any more shit show from Sixers medical team.

Home court is great.

But, they have already proven they can beat the Thunder in OKC.

They are going to get something for Giddey this offseason, I’m confident in that. They can use that money to get Joe and Wiggins resigned. Everyone else is under contract. Throw in the Rockets lottery pick unless they get really lucky and yes it looks good. Not giving up this year though!
