I dont disagree with things, but again, time and again,RB's with that 40 time fail...on overwhelming majority fail.I like him a lot, actually. His issue, imo, is that his style will get him hurt at the next level so you might only get 2-5 years out of him.
He is a top tier 'trick stick' player. CEH can muster a lot of strength with his legs and has really quick feet. That gives him elite lateral agility, elite trucking, and a good spin move. Elijah Holyfield had a Vert of 29" while CEH has a Vert of 39.5". Thats comparing bottom tier explosiveness to top tier explosiveness.
I think once you get outside of the top 50 picks then he is a possibility. I like him for the Chiefs. He is lacking the ability to hit the home run with a long run that exists on almost every other player on the Chiefs, though, so I'm not sure he is on their radar.
