Thank You for the very kind words folks I really appreciate it.
I do have Pulmonaray Embolism a collection of blood clots in the right lung bottom quarter. I was released and on a slew of drugs, my sister will give me two injections in the stomach (enoxaparin) and take (warfarin) Coumadin orally 2X per day. I need my blood checked daily (INR) at hospital to keep it at the correct level of thinning. Embolism's can be fatal if they dislodge and the doc said there is very little warning if that happens.
Tomorrow I see a specialist to check my inner ear for balance because of the (as of yet) unknown cause of the dizziness. This has gotten better because of yet another medication.
I am able to eat because of some other med and therapy. Unfortunately I will not be able to travel back home until I am stabilized ( maybe I should have told them i've never been stable)
I will be around every now and then and again but am obviously fatigued because of all the testing.
Thank You Jack for letting my friends on SportsHoopla know what was happening and again thanks for all of the kind word's. You guy's and gal's are the best!!
My Bills and Sabres SUCK !!!
I felt bad that I could not be with my bro in law during his surgery but after he told me my ass is going to hospital like it or not and I was in no shape to argue.
All I can do is what they tell me to do and hope things work out for the best.
Thanks again and my sis says it's time for a shot. I will try and get the name of all of them (drugs) for IPW, there's some good shit out there.
Take care.
Steve
PS if one of the mods want to unsticky the other threads go ahead, I gotta run now.
