I found a pic of SC's future expansion plans.

But that's just the daytime practice facility. The new stadium plans aren't final, as we have to buy two small nearby towns in order to have a satisfactory parking lot.

Looks really nice and all, but will they put butts in the seats?

I'm thinking they'll be able to bring in some decent opponents with that new stadium.
