They should blow out ISU. Talent gap is huge, but that has not always been the best predictor of Longhorn success.

What the hell is wrong with a lot of the OU fans hoping UT loses tonight? You should want Texas winning as many games as possible AND OU also beating the Horns. I've got OU winning the RRSO this year 27-21 in a tough, tough game. Yea I know.... UT sucks, Mack is senile, Austin is a Babylon, all Texas fans hate baby Jesus.....I see that crap all the time. But don't forget something: Texas HATES Oklahoma and they are going to play their best game of the year against us. Last time I looked they had some talent and (UT fans forgive me) the damn officials typically show up at the game in orange cars. I hope Texas beats the hell out of Iowa State tonight.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I meant this year. They won't screw the pooch this year like they have been doing against OU. Texas is playing with house money.....nothing to lose.....and everything to gain by knocking off an Oklahoma team that will sail into the Cotton Bowl undefeated and ranked in the Top Ten. I've seen too many OU/Texas games to feel like OU is going to run off with it this year. And if Texas does get the upset, the one positive is going to be watching the UT fans scramble to start giving Mack some credit for not being a total doofus.

thing is, if OU punches them in the mouth, early, texas will fold like a cheap suite, ala last year.

not saying that will happen, cuz in this series anything can and has happened. I mean shit, a Boo Blake coached OU team actually bet da horns once upon a time, LOL!~
