Clever use of words. I think it was good that he did not pitch much lately. He was just not the same pitcher when he came back after being out for a week or so. He looked much better tonight.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. I felt that way before the season started. I just don't know if the front office thinks like we do.

To me, Gallo is a keeper, and with his versatility and length of control Santana stays too. I would see what can be worked out with the rest and trade two of them. It would take a lot to part with Calhoun, but he isn't untouchable. Longterm, it makes the most sense to trade Choo.

Condor will remain for the foreseeable future. His defense makes him a good asset. Yeah his bat does not scream “corner infield power” but he has the job until another comes. And EE does have power but a liability at 1B defensively.

Yankees also taking a hard look at Scherzer. Think that is their next move.

Won the series, been a while since Cabrera or Andrus had a day off, Santana and Forsythe are definitely better substitutes than we've had in the past
