There is a picture circulating of him and a bunch of recruits in Arkansas uni's. This is an NCAA recruiting violation. I'll do what I can to get the photo on here, if you have it, post it.

An institution may not arrange miscellaneous, personalized recruiting aids (e.g., personalized jerseys, personalized audio/video scoreboard presentations) and may not permit a prospective student-athlete to engage in any game-day simulations (e.g., running onto the field with the team during pre-game introductions) during an official visit. Personalized recruiting aids include any decorative items and special additions to any location the prospective student-athlete will visit (e.g., hotel room, locker room, coach’s office, conference room, arena) regardless of whether or not the items include the prospective student-athlete’s name or picture.

as of now it's 50/50 with us and Arky, with his mom that he doesn't have a good relationship with wanting him in Arky, and his dad saying to come to Lincoln..

someone speculated Arky trying to buy her, but i don't really believe that.

He commited to the Razorbacks tonight on one of the local radio stations. Btw, His father never said he didnt want Tevin to go to Arkansas . His father is originally FROM arkansas. was a superstar from pine bluff arkansas before he went to OU to play his college ball. His father was thrilled that his son chose the razorbacks. Oh and btw, the jersery's werent personalized. The nameplates were cardboard and if anything its a minor secondary violation at best. Every school in america has about 30+ per year that they self report.

A lot of the nebraska fans were upset about him changing his mind about nebraska to the razorbacks. But, now you know how the hogs felt when they lost charles jackson to nebraska. jackson was a silent commit to the hogs for quite a while then he takes a last visit to nebraska out of the blue then changes his mind? stuff happens. that's just how it is with recruiting. it's nearly as big of a sport as the sport they partake in.

his Mom works for the school, have a good career. Petrino is a defensive genius and a real stand up guy I suppose too.

Good luck to him. I know if I was a corner; and saw what the Pelini's have done with Amukamara and Dennard - and where they will be drafted into the NFL; it wouldn't take me long to commit to the Huskers. But maybe he wants to chose Arkansas for their law school, which I read was one of the nation's best, and he doesn't care about sports as much as his education, kind of like Patrick Witt.

What player wouldnt want to come and play in the SEC anyway? It is the best conference in america. Not only that his ENTIRE family is from here. The Hogs already have a NC caliber offense and always will under petrino. They just had to build up on the defensive side of the ball. Which, they have and are.

It's ok about Mallet. His backups are more than ready to step in. They already have in fact, and did quite a good job. I'm not as worried as much as the fellow SEC brethren should be. =-)

Speaking of being a real "stand up guy" Corn Train.. Maybe Tevin didnt feel like being totally demoralized by Pellini in front of national TV for making a mistake? What'cha think?

You can never fault a kid for chosing his home state school where all of his relatives are over an out of state school.
