If they traded for Ricky Rubio would he become a league average outside threat and finisher at the rim? I think this is exactly what happens, Rubio goes to San Antonio and becomes elite. And then we all remember he is only 25 and he becomes a fixture for the next decade.

This has not happened and I still hate the Spurs for it.

The problem is, who do the Spurs give back in return for Rubio. There are plenty of other trade partners out there for him that would be able to give a great deal back for him, more so than the Spurs.

Rubio would be a decent fit for the Spurs I agree. I'm going to be interested to see how they do this year. Losing Duncan, will that help or hurt them?

Wolves don't deserve him. Those ungrateful bastards!

The basically replaced Duncan with Pau Gasol who, compared to the last couple of years, is a HUGE improvement over Timmy.

Spurs don't have much to offer. Maybe Patty Mills, Dejonte Murry and future 1st round pick? Idk

Yup, even with being the worst ever at finishing at the rim, and a below average 3 point shooter he is still a positive on the offensive side and a big plus on defense.

If he became average at both of those he is in the top end of the second tier of pgs.
