So, it seems like Kodi is gradually getting worse and worse...

I just installed Terrarium TV, seems good... anyone else have it??

    Does anyone use anything else??

Agreed. I am uninstalling KODI. Looking for something myself. I think none of these types of things will last long term though. Only the Amazons and Googles of the world will probably make it in this area. All the other internet only ones will get throttled to death.

even if they don't last long, it seems once one goes down another pops up... so as long as that is true, free ALL you can watch movies and TV is an option...

I have been using Terrarium for a few months now, mentioned it in the "I want to fuck the cable company" thread.

I like it a lot better than Kodi, but I will still go to Kodi from time to time if I can't find something on Terrarium I want to watch.

Regardless, the interface is much nicer.

I don't like the adds and popups... but it is a good price to pay for Free TV and Movies...

I do wonder if anyone uses anything else... maybe popcorn time or whatever...

Get Bokada. It blocks most of the adds. Especially the pop ups. Just double check that it is on. It mysteriously shuts off on its own sometimes.

Also, for live tv try Mobdro. I mentioned that in my thread. Just like cable but not as good quality picture. Even has HBO and some other premium channels. It is currently only for Android systems AFAIK. Also, try the TVlistings app to use for a guide. That is the one thing it is missing.

I need to reinstall it on mine. It won't let me update, so I need to get it to the latest version.

I will be ditching mine after this contract. Between my Antenna and Firestick, it cost me only $50 total (Firestick was on sale and I could probably could have built the antenna). Mobdro and Terrarium are free of course so total is $50 plus 40 bucks a month for 100/100 internet. $10 bucks a month for router but I may even ditch that. No DVR needed. This versus 150-175 month for all the cable crap.

I usually update on my phone and then sideload to the stick. Also, make sure your developer options are both "On". They are located under "Device"

    RIP

Loaded Morpheus onto my firstick as an alternative, and the first thing that pops up when I open it is a message from the developer saying that he'll no longer be supporting the app. Rough day for cord cutters.

Probably coming back as a paid app. Free will not be around in the long run most likely. Still, all the websites that are being scraped are still there albeit with a ton of ads. Movies are all still there.

You will need the patched version of Terrarium for now. The developer shut down the original app. Stay tuned as new copy cats and paid versions will probably pop up.

    Tea TV is still up.

I started having Kodi issues almost immediately after downloading.

I've been using Terrarium for about 6 months and like it a lot. One thing though, what are the best choices for sources? Do you guys have go to ones?

I had the same problem using the firestick. Clicked on the search icon, then it brings me to a screen with a back arrow and "search movies" just to the right, but my cursor had disappeared. Took a few minutes, but I figured out that I had to click up and over to the right until the little flashing cursor line showed up on "search movies." Clicked again and it finally brought up the keyboard. TeaTv is not very user friendly for firestick users.
