Do Your Job!
So now he's signed with Jags. Are they feeling the onslaught? Yet?
@megalodon30 get yours before they run out, I just reduced their inventory by a dozen I ordered
Win you win a Heisman and an NFL Playoff game, and evidently are in excellent shape...and willing to tryout for the league minimum....and willing to switch positions...I really don't see any downside to adding him to the 90 man roster and seeing what happens for a few weeks. Teams cycle players on and off the 90 man all the time....Maybe he sticks, or maybe he ends up as some sort of assistant coach or team ambassador. Never a downside to developing goodwill with a great person.
Manziel is coming back to the Browns in 2030, well at least what Haslam told me. He should be rehabbed by thenThe down side is he doesn't belong in the NFL. When's the last time someone took 9 years off and then returned to the league? This is nothing more than a publicity stunt. And it's gonna be funny to see Tebow under center. It will happen. No way Meyer puts him on the team and doesn't have a few plays drawn up for him.
Whats tebows 40 time? Did he run the 4x2?

Perhaps true....but then I dont think being on the 90 man roster is really being in the NFL. Its essentially an extended tryout.
I don't buy the publicity angle. They just signed Urban Meyer and drafted Trevor Lawrence. They don't need any additional juice.
Perhaps its just exactly what it looks like....an extended tryout offered to a former player and friend. Absolutely no downside...and hey you never know!
You are trying to talk sense about a post that was designed to bring in nonsense!Perhaps true....but then I dont think being on the 90 man roster is really being in the NFL. Its essentially an extended tryout.

You think Tebow brings some offensive juice to the Jags? Gotta ask. What kinda juice? He certainly isn't an offensive threat. We're talking about a guy that hasn't been on an NFL roster since 2012 (Jets).
Sometimes Meyer thinks with his heart and not his head. This is nothing more than favoritism. Last time he went with his heart over his head it blew up in his face. Keeping that POS Z. Smith on Ohio State's coaching staff.
And I know it's completely different circumstances. But this move has nothing to do with trying to improve the team. Nothing like a rookie HC telling his entire team he plays favorites. Not the best way to get the respect of the vets on the team.
@Wamu is not a troll!I wouldn't bet on Urban Meyer failing....He has had an incredibly successful career. And I would trust his judgement on Tebow over random internet troll. Not to mention he knows more than we do. He has seen Tebow's workout and talked to him. You haven't.
see the green font? You are new. I'll pass on that green font means sarcasm. Like, I like San Francisco!Fair enough....lets just say that Meyer gets paid millions and has access to virtually unlimited resources....and we don't.
