So you guys are saying that you can foresee a situation where they'd take the ball out of Tom Brady's hands and give it to Tim Tebow? What?! Are you serious? I freakin' hate the Patriots but there is no way no how that you would ever take the ball away from Brady. Never!

I agree but you never know with McDoosh calling the plays. Then again I could totally see Brady telling Timmy to get the fuck off my field lol

Why do Patriots fans complain about anything?

It will be fine.

Tebow is like Ocho-Cinco, only without the negative consequences.
He said he was happy to learn under Tom, that's what he'll be doing. He may take some snaps in the preseason and he may take some snaps as a wildcat while Tom talks to the coach for a play or he may not. He'll likely take a few snaps at running back or tight end. If there's one thing the Patriots know how to do, it's make an effective GAME plan, there are some teams in the league that poop their pants when they face against Tebow because they don't know what to do (one of them being the Jets)

don't make more of it than it is, he should have went to Canada.

It just blows my mind the attention given to a guy who will be the Pats' 53rd player if he makes the team at all.

Tebow is interesting because some people think he's great and others think he's worthless. Who else is like that? Some people may think LeBron is overrated or underrated, but everybody agrees he's one of the top players in the game today regardless.

Tebow's either "a blind squirrel who finds a nut" or the right hand of God who does nothing but win, and that's probably the biggest difference of opinion in sports.

Fairly strange Wilwhite. The guy is just a freakin' football player that puts his pants on one leg at a time like the rest of us and people get all polarized over sometimes little or nothing.

He's at least as important in the NFL as Robert Sands.

It's a fine signing by New England. McDaniels saw something in him when he drafted him, so it makes sense to give him a shot now. He's not starting any games, and BB simply won't allow the media to make it a distraction. Did you see the press conference. He answered one Tebow question, and when he was asked another one, he said I've already talked about him..next.

Having said that, I just don't see anything there. His mechanics are hugely flawed and his accuracy is awful. He was pitiful to end the season he was "just winning". Yeah, he beat Pittsburgh, but people forget he then got beaten like 126-10 the next week and looked like I was playing QB. He was handed games by the Dolphins playing pitiful prevent defense, another one by Marion Barber making one of the dumbest plays ever, and Denver's defense playing fantastically. I know people want him to be great because he's such a good person, but if another player, who wasn't such a high profile "nice guy" had the same numbers and same mechanics, he would never get another chance.
