The Raiders aren't going to LA,

They are the only team close to San Francisco, a big NFL market.....

The future is bleak for Miami pro sports. LA would support this team.

This isn't true. LA doesn't do any better than a mediocre job of fair-weather support for any professional team. That's why there isn't currently an NFL franchise there. I know plenty of LA guys that are still fans of the Rams because they were Rams fans before they moved and they understand why they moved. I don't know any Seattle guys that have anything but disdain for the Oklahoma City NBA franchise.
