Next week I have to fill a spot because Julius Thomas is on BYE and I need some assistance if you guys dont mind.

Best options out there right now:

Jared Cook vs TN
Zach Ertz @ Oak
Jermaine Gresham @ Mia
Kyle Rudolph @ Dal
Tyler Eifert @ Mia
Scott Chandler vs KC

The next issue is who do I drop:

I have Bryce Brown but only because I have McCoy
Robert Woods
James Starks

I would love to drop Brown but is it too much of a risk?

This is me depth chart:

QB: Newton
RB: McCoy, Forte, Miller, DWill, P. Thomas, Starks and Brown
WR: Garcon, T. Williams, Woods, Blackmon, White, Harvin and Maclin
TE: J. Thomas

Thanks for all the help!

Assuming this is a dynasty or at least a keeper league with a lot of keepers??? Otherwise no reason whatsoever to hang onto Maclin.
He'd be my drop.
But if you can hang onto him with no penalty next year, then I would drop Starks. Lacy is great, and I think Franklin is the back to own to back him up, not Starks

Yes sorry it is a dynasty and Maclin is stashed on the IR with no roster cost.

As a Packer fan I think Starks is the backup because he is secure with the ball...that is why Franklin isnt quite ready to assume the #2 spot.

Do you think I should continue to hold onto Brown? I have the #2 waiver priority so if an emergency happened I could probably get him back.

So between McCoy and Lacy.. the one I would look at with a higher potential for injury is McCoy.
between Brown and Starks the guy if pick to have more than one week being decent should both starters go down is Brown.
Between Brown ams Starks.. Starks is the only one with serious competition (possibly not even being the true backup), should the starter go down.
And finally, Starks has done this 3 years now where he teases fantasy owners with a big week or 2 then gets sabd in his vag.
My pick is Starks, but I'd also drop Woods before I would Brown given you have McCoy

There's a chance I'd pick up Rudolph (the Boys haven't covered TE's very well this season), but since he's had so many dud weeks, I would also consider Eiffert while Dalton seems to be throwing the ball well.

My EASY drop would be Starks.

My pick up would probably be Rudolph, and cross your fingers hoping Ponder finally realizes he needs to play well to keep his job.
If your dead set against him, I'd probably go Eifert.

I'm assuming someone already got Reed from Washington? I got him in both leagues two weeks ago, and he gets a LOT of looks.

Based on your list I'd drop Bryce (can likely get him back unless Shady goes down this week) and pick up Rudolp. My Cowboys do have serious issues against TE's. I assume Bush is playing, so he will occupy Lee this week. We have a safety out, so Carter might be helping out a little deeper than normal.

Yes Reed is gone...sadly. I wanted to pick both him and Stacy up but I just couldnt pull the trigger and drop someone

I have picked up Rudolph but my other thought was once of the TEs from Cincy since they play Miami and Miami is second worst against the postion behind only Arizona. However they have two TEs opposed to Minny's one that gets targets. I think I will roll with Rudolph.

I dropped Starks

I would've dropped Maclin or Woods. Good chance you get either Roddy or Harvin back next week, maybe both

If he's available (and he typically is), I like Fasano over all those choices.

Starks is obviously the drop.

...just saying... greatly skewed by Jimmy Graham's 3 TD game, also Jordan Cameron in week 1 got them big.

5 targets, 4 recs, 27 yds. He was tackled inside the one on two separate drives, so he easily could have had 2 TDs. His targets will go up in that offense and he will consistantly be a red zone threat.
