Texas isn't even the best team in Texas. Baylor, TTU and TCU will prove this upon their respective meetings.

as far as the best of the B12, still not sure on this. Baylor is an offensive monster. their D is getting better. TTU is showing their stuff as well. OU, at 5-0 and 2-0 Conf can make their case as well.

the mid of the pack seems to be TCU, KSU, UT, WVU & Okie light..

OU had a really good defense that year, but not as good as GDGD called.

TCU plays us tough. in '05 they came into our house and upset us early. even last year's late season game was a battle.

you are correct in regards to the impotent O effort in the 2nd half. we need to figure out who we are, because things aren't getting any easier. if we play like this on O, Baylor and TTU will rip us apart. our D looked good overall. TCU had some success late in game. special teams ultimately gave the Froggies 7, if i recall, with the botched squib kick reception(or lack thereof).

at the end of the night, it is a W. not going to earn any "style" pts for this one. perhaps the SEC will give us some street cred for the defensive battle.
