Have you seen the Final Four court? Everything that is out of bounds is slightly off-square. That couldn't possible effect shooting, could it?

Next Year they'll be playing in M.C. Escher Stadium.

Doesn't even look like these football fields hold anymore than an nba arena...they have giant curtains blocking the rest of the arena....the courts look ridiculous with the players looking like giants the way it's set up. Makes quality of games go way down.

All this for what? Maybe 3k more seats? Because the wide view of the stadium didn't make it look like much more than an nba arena.

I could understand they'd do it if they were able to pack in double what an nba arena would bring in....but that doesnt appear to be the case here. They are sacrificing so much to add MAYBE a few thousands more. But seriously that last shot of the arena looked like there wasn't much seating

Houston is holding 30k today, so more like all that for 12k extra seats. It's good for the alums who want to see it in person, but much less so for the average home viewer.
