Just like the Diamondbacks season, play well and then completely fall flat on our faces. I'm honestly sick of seeing every coach and GM employ the same run and gun style of play and not focus on defense. Look at the Spurs, 15 straight 50 win seasons and four titles, why? Maybe it has to do with playing defense.

another key to the Spurs is their unselfishness, crisp ball movement, and depth as well. They are 2nd in league in assists per game at 25, while Phoenix is 2nd to last

look, Dragic can be really awesome at times, but he just doesn't make anyone else on the floor better

What pisses me off is that, before the season, the Suns management was talking about building a tough, defensively focused team. They won a few games to start the season and seemingly abandoned that plan. There is no commitment to defense and toughness.

ever since that home game vs the Spurs a few weeks ago, when they gave up just 85 pts, they stopped working hard. I'd honestly clean house this offseason again, I think only Goodwin, Plumlee, Dragic, and Len are under contract anyway if im not mistaken, with Bledsoe a RFA

Had to turn this train wreck off, it was making me visibly mad in front of my girlfriend.

Fire Hornacek and hire a coach like Lionel Hollins who focuses on defense.

next game I would start Len at Center, and Markieff at the 4

Plumlee played well tonight, Frye is a pussy that needs to be benched. PJ's toughness, defense, and hustle we're certainly missed tonight.

Bledsoe misses 2 months, comes back and has almost double assists as Dragic. It just comes effortlessly with him. He makes OTHER players better on the floor. Dragic doesn't
I would be so ready to make Bledsoe the starting PG, and then get a true protypical 20+ ppg Shooting guard to play along side of him. THen you can keep TUcker if you want, find a better starter than Frye and even go with Len or Plumlee at Center

Seeming more and more like McDonough didn't intend for this team to challenge for a playoff spot.

nothing like having 2 AZ sports teams 9th in their respective conferences (Coyotes/Suns).

Next comes the D-Backs and pretty much a lock for another 81-81 type season with a possible shot at Wild Card spot

then the Cardinals, who are getting better and better, but face 2 other teams in Division that are better

doesn't get any better? bunch of SOLID teams, but will any of them ever be great?
