Didn’t watch. Won’t watch without AMAZING reviews and recommendations.

I agree... Suits drew us in with Michael and Harvey, with no Michael, this is a bland show... Why go for it's spinoff!!!

Way late to the party. Just about to wrap up season 7. I'm enjoying it, even if it seems to retread a lot of its material.

I have been considering doing a rewatch going into the spin-off (even though the spin-off looks HORRIBLE). I am currently doing Frazier, and almost done with it.

We watched a few seasons, her more than me. It got old and the stories got stupid. She likes political ranting and Hallmark movies. Something like old Bonanza reruns get classified "extremely violent" for fistfights so you see what I'm up against.

I have no idea what to expect from the one where everyone is in LA now

generally speaking i have no clue how this show has spinoffs... they tried a few years back for a spinoff... the one in chicago...

But the whole premise of the show itself was that a genius fraud was pretending to be a lawyer, and watch his progress in becoming a lawyer...

if it is just a standard law procedural, then it doesnt need to be under the Suits umbrella...

so i am hoping its more of a reboot than a spinoff... doesnt need the exact same formula... but cant be a standard law procedural...

I want him to say "You have failed this city!" at some point.

If they don’t work that in I will be severely dissatisfied

Looks like Heels is done now, unfortunately. Though, tbf, ending heels where it ended is not a bad end-point.

But I see absolutely zero reason for this show to exist. It is just a pretty boy “Hollywood” talent agency stunt casting vehicle. No Mike and no Louis means no point to the show. Harvey may have been the breakout character of the original, but that character is pointless without Mike and Louis.

It’s clearly just drifting off the name

But I’m gonna watch the first one to see the hook

Cause I can’t even tell yet

I don’t have peacock, and I rarely “turn it on” because they just don’t have anything that grabs me, so I may actually skip this entirely at the start.

I have been doing a rewatch over the last few weeks.

I am not certain I was aware of it at the time, but there is a real annoying overuse of “What did you say to me?” in this show. Once you notice it, you can’t un-notice it. I hope it wasn’t by accident, because they use it multiple times per episode in mid-to-late seasons, and if it wasn’t an inside joke they were leaning in to, it was just really bad writing.
