In Hollywood, status has nothing to do with talent in many cases. That said, I think Lawrence is a pretty damn good actress. Ironically, I think Hunger Games is her worst work.

I agree, though I find Shailene Woodley to be a better actress. Not as attractive, though.

I, for one, had no idea who Margot Robbie was before I heard she was playing Harley Quinn. I don't know what that means for her current level of stardom, but the more I see the Suicide Squad trailers, the more I think she's gonna be pretty good in this.

I am also completely unfamiliar with the chick playing Wonder Woman. Maybe I just don't go to the movies enough.

Best knows for the Fast and Furious movies, she died the end of 6 after she accepted the wonder woman role, her boyfriend in the series died the beginning of 7.

I did catch her in Knight and Day with Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, she played the woman negotiating a deal in a restaurant.

All I remember when they were shooting the movie were Jaret Leno's joker being mentioned. They hardly mentioned the others, even Wil Smith.

Whether or not Suicide Squad will be good is debatable, but it's obvious that they are showcasing Margot's Harley Quinn as the star.

Leto's Joker is curious. Looks like they are downplaying his participation. Are they afraid of the Ledger/Joker backlash? Maybe, and it's probably justified.

In a medium where hyperbole is commonplace, Ledger's performance was truly brilliant.

Hopefully Will Smith doesn't fuck it up. I honestly think that the DC universe is turning up better than the Marvel universe is. And I don't know what the hell the critics were talking about. Batman v. Superman was a blast. I just watched it on demand for the first time and there's maybe 2 of the marvel movies I'd prefer over it.
