I bought the wife what I thought was an entry level DLSR camera...got her a Canon...EOS T7 with an extra larger lens, case, etc.

We took it Paris in '17, and a few other places but that's about it, not nearly as much use as I was expected...I'm think of taking the camera over and picking up the hobby myself...but with golf, music, I don't have time for another hobby.

Is this something she (or me) should take a class for or you just learn by trial and error?
Ive been taking one trip each year for two weeks and I have thousands of pics, its well worth having for the one two weeks...just saying

There are a few websites that you could learn a lot from, and some books too. Check out photography-on-the-net.com, and understanding exposure by Bryan Petersen
