Texas A&M QB Matt Joeckel will transfer for his final season, per release. Has graduated, eligible for another FBS team in 2014.

Maybe he could help?
I would love to see Crest come in and blow out the competition.
We are going to be able to field a team of QB's! lol
What happened at A&M did they already give tha job to the highly recruited freshman?
Great idea, bring in a guy who was just beat out by a freshman to start for one year. We already have Trickett.
I wonder where Chavis Rawlings would be in the mix if he stayed.

Looks like Joeckel is heading to TCU. Getting a kid who knows the Air Raid offense and played for our former QB coach last year might have been sweet.
We don't have room or the reps for another transfer QB to come in. Competition will be tough with the 4 we have currently and Crest.
Last year, turnovers were a huge issue for West Virginia. Mountaineer quarterbacks threw 16 interceptions and were also responsible for several of the 16 fumbles the offense committed last season.
