Thought I saw Moore got 1.5 million. I would have liked to have him back for that kind of money. IMO, Moore was a little better than Carr last year. Moore seems to be a better zone defender than our other guys, who are more press cover guys.

Agree. For $1.5M this is a head scratcher. Many of us think we may, but no guarantee we go CB in the draft. Mo isn't likely ready for the start of camp and who knows about the season. Carr could be up in the air. Moore is better than Patmon at this time IMO. Possible the guy would have even started for us. To let him go for that I don't get...Like all else we need to wait to judge it, but seems like he probably got very little guarateed $'s if he only signed for $1.5M. Could have signed him and cut him.

$3 million total for Selvie and Moore would seem to be no brainers for the Cowboys. Oh well

Hopefully they have upgrades in mind, though I don't know whom that might be aside from the draft and thats not a guarantee as we all know

I think $1.5 is a bargain for the production they put up, but Jerry may feel he has the next Ozzie Newsome in McClay and figures he can get similar guys later in the draft

I thought keeping Sterling would have been a priority, but hey guess I was wrong. Letting him go for what he cost and what he adds doesnt make sense to me though
