refs are really bad this year

It’s unbelievable how bad they have been and I have seen a lot of it firsthand in Browns games...important calls that have decided games. I think they need to start suspending refs, hold your whistle if it is going to stop a score for the opposing team possibly

They blew it because they called it a TD.

But it wasnt even a clear TD. Hold your whistle, most TD’s they dont confirm until they pull guys off the pile but IMMEDIATELY they blew it. That doesnt follow up with what they should do

honestly in this case I get it. I mean it sucks they got the call wrong & that is why they blew the whistle, but if the offense did score & then they let the play play out a 100 yds the other way & an injury happened because no one blew the whistle on the TD. I think there would be worse hell to pay.

The problem is someone thought it was an actual touchdown, so no reason not to blow the whistle. Now if the ref wasnt sure, then I would agree with you to let it play out.

We are stopping plays to avoid injuries now?

They had to know it was going to be reviewed. No good reason to blow the whistle.

Can you trade NFL Apology Letters in at the end of the season for a better draft position or something?

agreed, but what they need to do is hire them, full time, and train them better

They dont need a whistle on a TD? A TD is a TD. If he was over the line, he was over. But stopping a defensive TD cannot be reversed

Too bad, the Browns could be up by 1 point now. Gotta keep it up on defense
